Migrate Assist Toolkit – MAT


When on-boarding customers where an existing Cisco Telephony system is in use, the Migration Assist Toolkit is used to automate migration of end users. The Migration Assist Tool will extract existing customer configuration data from an existing CUCM, prepare site specific data sheets for customer approval and prepare for CUCDM auto-provisioning either from MAT or TDP generated customer data. MAT introduces a customer validation and approval step into the process, making the customer responsible for their own data. MAT also provides data cleansing during the migration process by allowing customer validation and comparison of Active Directory data. As part of the data cleansing process, MAT can also be utilised to update attributes in the customer’s Active Directory system.
