SAM-T Provisioning & Automation

The System Administration Management Tool (SAM-T) has been developed to provide system administrators with a one stop configuration portal for Cisco Unified Communications and Contact Centre systems including CUCM, UCXN, UCCX. Utilising the Cisco provided API, SAM-T allows the system administrator to manage difficult or repetitive tasks, automate process and create a custom dashboard that displays information about their UC systems. The SAM-T intuitive dashboard provides automated simplified provisioning. SAM-T provides the system administrator with a comprehensive dashboard that displays dashboard modules and quick links to the configuration or management automated provisioning and management features required.
