5 days - 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)
8 hour remote response

Enhanced Support

7 days – 9am to 5pm
4 hour remote response

Premium Support

7 days – 24×7
2 hour remote response
Your support contract will include a 1300 support phone number
Support subscription is on an annual basis
